I found an 888 number on their website and called them. So I sent an email to that address, which got returned. ![]() I then went into the website and looked up contact information. I sent them an email asking about my delivery. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others and that the store takes the necessary steps to rectify their customer service practices. While the deals may seem tempting, be aware that the "All Sales Final" policy can leave you without recourse should you encounter any problems with your purchase. In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Bed Bath and Beyond during their Going Out of Business Sale. The lack of responsibility on the part of the store and the credit card company is disconcerting. The only response I get when calling any number they have listed is a recording. As a customer who has previously enjoyed shopping at their stores, I expected better treatment and support when facing such a clear mishap. This entire experience has left me disappointed and disheartened with Bed Bath and Beyond. Unfortunately, even though they acknowledged the issue, they cited the "All Sales Final" policy as a reason they couldn't reverse the charge, leaving me without a solution to the problem. To rectify the situation, I attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This made it virtually impossible to physically visit the store and discuss the matter face-to-face. Adding to the frustration, I couldn't resolve the issue in-store either, as the brick and mortar location was already closed by the time I gave the gift, approximately three weeks after my initial purchase. The actual massage gun, which was the main reason for the purchase, was nowhere to be found. Upon receiving the wrapped box, the recipient excitedly opened it, only to discover that the case, attachments, and instructions were the only things inside.
